so its looks i`ll never be well, 3 months pass and i am still low energy !!! i don`t wanna use my fucking medication , but without that i`m really a dead man. damn !!! i am sick (it`s fucking low energy better i say zero energy as much as i can`t move for anything !!!!) ... but when i use my medication ,side effect is : skinny ! lose my weight ... and i don`t wanna that, and whenever look to myself that how much i am happy (you know i`m a really happy guy , deep inside pure happiness ) but when you don`t have any energy that`s terrible !!!! today is Sunday and fresh weather (it`s a perfect nice day) and i wanna go Outdoor rock climbing ,but
